Hi, I’m Joseph Lynch
I am an RMIT Business graduate currently working across several part-time marketing roles. I have a strong interest in sport, particularly football and running, and enjoy analysing how brands connect with audiences through marketing campaigns in these spaces.
-
Marketing areas I'm most experienced are content writing, brand positioning, market and competitor analysis. I also have experience with updating websites and entry-level experience in website building.
-
Most of my experience to date has been within e-commerce and retail, primarily through digital channels such as social media and websites, with additional exposure to in-person retail environments including stores and conventions.
-
I am flexible with my availability, my best days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but am open to changing. I am also eager to take on more responsibilities

Overview
Physio Educators deliver physiotherapy training workshops across Australia, with occasional international programs. The business is expanding its digital presence through a new website designed to reach a broader client group (patients rather than practitioners) and plans to grow on Instagram.
My Contribution
My main responsibility has been coordinating LinkedIn posts, website and event timelines. This includes two LinkedIn posts before each event, consisting of a caption and a graphic, followed each event with a recap and thank you to the host and sponsors (if there were any). My other responsibilities include website management, researching for a new Instagram account, completing an audit for the main LinkedIn account and website.
Coordinating LinkedIn content, website updates, and event timelines.
Creating LinkedIn posts with each event (captions and graphics).
Assisting with website management and research for launching an Instagram account.
The Impact
I've maintained consistent branding across platforms and linked information accurately from external providers. Each major post (not including reminders) consistently receives engagement ranging from 20-45. The most recent post shown below received 31 reactions, 5 reposts and 1 comment.

Identify trends and growth opportunities within the fitness industry.
Manage monthly newsletters and support overall digital presence.
Contributed to early discussions around website redesign and digital audits.

This is a new account for me so there hasn't been a lot of output so far. I am waiting to have my first social media post to be published. We have had discussions of redesigning the website which I'll be helping with but still in the auditing stages.
Project 3
Project Name
Rishab GM - Beyond The Stadium & Body Catalyst
Overview
A small local personal training company, they are active on Instagram, and we are waiting to publish their website. They have recently partnered with a nearby surgery clinic, “Body Catalyst”, to assist their patients recover post-operation.
My Contribution
This project started by adjusting and refining our product offering to incorporate our new partnership of the Body Catalyst. The Instagram page was the main communication channel, so I organised a simple posting structure to give the page consistency and rhythm. I advised for removing sports coaching features from the Instagram page, as to not confuse new clients and SEO with the website, focusing more on personal training content. We worked together on strengthening the google landing page and reviews to increase visibility in a competitive market.
Refined product offerings to align with the new medical partnership
Developed a clear and consistent Instagram posting structure
Recommended removing sports coaching content to reduce client confusion and improve SEO alignment
Assisted with optimising Google listings and strengthening customer reviews
The Impact
The Instagram page has improved its clarity having its content refined to be focused on general wellbeing and personal training content. The website has just gone public, with feedback from my client and the partnering company have been positive.
Project 4
Project Name
Lisa Cotton - HeadLokt
Overview
Local entrepreneurial start-up for a new bike helmet design with an integrated lock.
My Contribution
With it being a new business most of the workload was to create a brand around the helmet. We applied for many awards and received three major recognitions of the Good Design Award Winner Accolade (product design category) in 2023, both the Reddot Design Award and the Victorian Premiers Design Award in 2024. Our strategy was to increase our credibility by our main feature of innovation while also gaining social awareness by featuring on Channel 9 News (Channel 9), local aligned influencers and attending related conventions. I was also tasked with advising promotional strategies, completing competitor and trend identification.
Supported brand creation and positioning for a new product launch.
Assisted with award submissions and promotional strategy development.
Conducted competitor and trend analysis.
Contributed to building credibility through innovation-led storytelling and media exposure, including Channel 9 News, aligned influencers and attending related conventions.
The Impact
I feel we successfully created a consistent brand and have gained strong retail partnerships specific to the industry (Bayside Blades, Ride Electric and Fat Fish) and bigger online retailers (City Beach and Big W Market).
